Creating contacts to work with you on your Building

Inviting a user to your Building is done via the Directory on the Building's Dashboard     


      1. Go to MosaicGT Dashboard for your Building    


      2. Click on "Directory"


      3. Click on ADD PERSON    


      4. Click on Individual   


      5. Enter their Contact EMail address    


      6. Type their email in the Search box, if they were added elsewhere their details will be brought up


      7. If the right person is not found and you need to add them, click on Create New Person    


      8. Enter all the details you have about that person   



      9. Click on Create    


      10. Click on Continue    


      11. Select their Role in the Building


      12. For Example - Safety consultant    


      13. Choose whether this person is a Responsible Person according to BSA 2022, if you select Yes, you will be offered the Areas of Responsibility you wish to assign to this individual


      14. Click on No if they are not 


      15. Click on Continue    


      16. Click on Finish to end the wizard    


      17. On the Directory it will display the status of each Invitation


      18. You can choose to re-send the invitation if they haven't yet accepted it
